SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
LATE BREAKING ABSTRACTS
Abstracts submitted after 1 March will not be selected as oral presentation.
Abstracts submitted until 15 March will be included in the abstract book, abstracts submitted after 15 March later will not be included in the abstract book but can be presented as poster at the meeting.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS - ANNUAL MEETING
Deadline 1 March 2012
The Organizing Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts for oral or poster presentation.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book given to all delegates attending.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
§ Abstracts should be submitted electronically no later than 1 March 2012.
§ Notification of acceptance of the abstracts will be emailed to the contact person no later than 9 March 2012. The presenting author must register for the meeting,
§ The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract. The contact person is responsible for informing the authors of the status of the abstract.
§ Abstracts must be written in English.
§ Maximum 300 words (~2200 characters including spaces but excluding title and author details).
§ Structured abstracts are mandatory. The abstracts should state clearly the Background/aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions of the study.
§ It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
§ An award will be given to the best oral presentation and the best poster.
§ Poster sizes max. 150 cm (wide) and 120 cm (height)
Abstracts should be sent (as a wrod doc) to abstracts(at)sasp.org using the abstract templete.
