EXHIBITION

 

 

 

COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION

 

The meeting is an ideal opportunity for companies dealing with items relevant for pain and neurology, neurosurgery, neurophysiology and anesthesiology specialties to advertise and exhibit their products. Furthermore, these companies are invited to participate in the social programme, thus making it possible to establish contacts and exchange knowledge. The exhibition facilities are located adjacent to the conference rooms in the coffee area.

 

Opening hours

The exhibition will be open from Thursday morning at 8.00 until Saturday at 14.00.

 

Set up and dismantling

It is possible to set up the exhibition from Wednesday evening the 18th April (actual time will follow). Dismantling of the exhibition will start after lunch Saturday.

 

Registration

All personnel present at the exhibition must register either as exhibitor or participant due to safety precautions.

Equipment and electricity

All exhibitors will receive a detailed plan of the position of the booths together with an order form for misc. equipment and electricity for use at the booth (incl. cleaning, etc.)
