Call for abstracts

The deadline for abstract submissions is March 16, 2025

Abstracts should be e-mailed as a Word file attachment to the following address: szoega@hi.is

The maximum length is 300 words and should be outlined according to the following:

Title of the abstract in bold

Name of authors: A.B. Authora, C. Authorb, D.E. Authora

Affiliation, City, Country for each author

The abstract should be outlined according to the following headings:

Conclusions:

Abstracts will be published in an online supplement of the Scandinavian Journal of Pain.

Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters with short verbal introduction. Further information will be provided when acceptance letters are sent out to authors.

Full payment of registration is required by credit card upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard. Online payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to tobba@atconferences.is
Cancellations before March 23 will receive a full refund less ISK 10.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after March 23, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Neither the organizers of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Service fee for all changes and invoices sent for bank transfers is 5000 ISK.
